Do you manage stress well? (Finals)



It may seem that there’s nothing you can do about stress. The bills won’t stop coming, there will never be more hours in the day, and your career and family responsibilities will always be demanding. But you have more control than you might think. In fact, the simple realization that you’re in control of your life is the foundation of stress management. Managing stress is all about taking charge: of your thoughts, emotions, schedule, and the way you deal with problems.
Think about the ways you currently manage and cope with stress in your life. Your stress journal can help you identify them. Are your coping strategies healthy or unhealthy, helpful or unproductive? Unfortunately, many people cope with stress in ways that compound the problem.
 
If your methods of coping with stress aren’t contributing to your greater emotional and physical health, it’s time to find healthier ones. There are many healthy ways to manage and cope with stress, but they all require change. You can either change the situation or change your reaction. When deciding which option to choose, it’s helpful to think of the four As: avoid, alter, adapt, or accept.
Since everyone has a unique response to stress, there is no “one size fits all” solution to managing it. No single method works for everyone or in every situation, so experiment with different techniques and strategies. Focus on what makes you feel calm and in control.

Do we all look the same?

Um... I never thought Korean girls get cosmetic surgeries so often
 
and we are seen as if most of us persue and want to have the same kind of look.
 
I guess every girls on the planet wants to be slim and toned and beautiful,
 
but reading some articles online made me think that I want to keep 
 
my own charateristics and beautifulness.

 (I would loose weight though cough cough;;)

  

 

English practicing online activities

Well I think those games are very smart.

I don't think I can create anything like them.

But to be honest they don't really interest me.

I'd rather watch movies or listen to TED talks.

I listen to one of the TED talk; about online dating.

The speaker was hillarious!

She was very smart and funny.

I think through these talks I get motivated in many ways.

When I watch them I want to be as smart as they are,

I want to be able to speak infront of others well as they are,

I want to be as successfull as or even more successfull than they are.

So I think TED talks were the best!

Today is

Okay. Here is one thing.
 
When some one or some thing is influencing you in a bad way too much.
And you are very much aware of it.
You sometimes need courage to cut it off.
But when you feel that you just simply are not courageous enough to do that
you need to drop down and just pray. I guess..

HOOAAA I am having a bad day.
